This house maximizes its southern exposure while enjoying views of Linekin Bay and Ocean Point. A number of exterior spaces from an enclosed screen porch, to a covered patio and open stone terrace allows for a variety of uses in different seasons and weather conditions. This new cottage for a family of five, fits with the scale and proportions of the neighboring houses built in the 1920’s.
